Returns and Exchange policy

We offer 30-day returns for all customers.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in.

The returning item must be in new condition to be returned.

If the product has defect, the shipping fee will be covered by WON ASTRE.

If an item needs to be returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect, all shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer’s responsibility.

Items are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by your country and will be billed to you separately by your chosen shipping company. We have 12 months warranty.

After 12months warranty, repair fee is charged.
